Thursday, 15 October - Marking day- You don't have to report to school on that day as there will be no lessons.Friday, 16 October - Post Examination Activity - There will be an inter class activity ( The Ultimate Challenge ) and a few talks like Road Safety. Please remember to bring your stationeries. You do not have to bring your school books on that day. Monday, 19 October - Deepavali- You need not come to school on that day as it is an off-in-lieu holiday for DeepavaliTuesday, 20 October - Post Examination Activity- There will be an inter class game which all medically fit pupils are expected to participate in. Those who are not medically fit will assist in the running of game or be class supporters. Wear your PE shirt and shorts to school and remember to bring your skirt/shorts to change after recess. After recess, there will be a Peirce Talentime. Pupils will be dismissed at 1.15pm.
Wednesday, 21 October to Thursday, 22 October- Normal lessons begins. On Thursday, the CIP community is organising a newspaper recycling activity at the HDB blocks in Sin Ming Garden and along AMK Ave 1 from 2pm to 5.30pm. Pupils who have not fufilled 6 hours of CIP this year are to participate in this actibity. For those pupils who wants to increase their CIP hours are welcomed to join in this CIP.
Friday, 23 October - Promotion Day- There will be no lesson for that day and pupils are not required to come to school
Monday, 26 October to Friday, 30 October- Normal lesson will take place. Report books and the 2010 booklist will be issued on Thursday 29 October. All pupils will have to return their report books to their form teacher by Friday, 30 October.
Meet the Parents Session- The school will meet the following groups of pupils and their parents on Friday, 30 October
- Provisionally promoted pupils at 4pm
- Retained pupils and 5pm
- Laterally transferred ( E to NA ) at 6pm
- Laterally transferred ( NA to E ) at 6.30pm
Form teachers will make special arrangements for other pupils and their parents to be met on Thursday, 29 October and Friday, 30 October from 3-6pm if the pupils have underperformed in EOYs.

Financial Assistance for 2010- Students who wished to apply for financial assistance for 2010 can obtain the form from the general office and submit it with the relavent documents and school textbook list be Friday, 30 October 2009
e-Holiday assignments for year-end school vacation- Pupils will be given e-Holiday Assignments through e-portal. it will be a 2 hour assignments are all pupils for EACH subject that they are taking in 2010. You must complete it on the first day of term one in 2010.
For pupils who doesn't have a computer at home may use the ones in school. The com lab will be opened from Monday, 28 December to Wednesday, 30 December from 9am to 4pm.
Holiday CCA Training session- During the holidays, some CCA's will continue with their training sessions and activities. If you did not attend to your practices, you must produced an MC or a letter from your parents to show it to your CCA teacher(s).
